Using JETZIO
By using this site or purchasing an eSIM, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this site.
Travel eSIMs
JETZIO offers prepaid travel-data eSIM plans. Coverage, validity, speed, hotspot support, and activation rules vary by package. Review the selected package before payment.
Your device
You are responsible for confirming that your exact device supports eSIM, is carrier-unlocked, and works with the destination networks shown. Installation requires an internet connection.
Orders and delivery
A purchase is confirmed after successful payment. We send installation details to the email used at checkout. Most eSIMs are delivered shortly after payment, but occasional fulfilment delays can occur.
Acceptable use
Do not resell, share, interfere with, or use the service unlawfully. Keep QR codes and activation details private because they may be single-use.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the selected plan and whether the eSIM has been installed, activated, or used. See the Refund Policy and contact support before deleting an eSIM with a connection problem.
Network availability and changes
Mobile service depends on local networks and can be affected by location, congestion, device settings, restrictions, and outages. We may update these terms when the service changes.
Digital delivery and cancellation
Travel eSIMs are digital services. Where the law allows, you may be asked during checkout to request immediate delivery and acknowledge any effect that immediate supply can have on a cancellation right. Nothing in these terms or the Refund Policy removes mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
