Requesting a refund
Contact support with your order number and checkout email. Never send your QR code or activation details.
Before installation
An unused eSIM may be eligible for a refund when it has not been installed, activated, or used. Eligibility can vary by package and local consumer law.
Installed or used eSIMs
Installed, activated, or used eSIMs may not be refundable because activation details can be single-use.
Connection problems
Contact support before deleting the eSIM. Include your device model, destination, and the troubleshooting steps already tried.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. The payment method and bank determine how long funds take to appear.
